Martin Robatti helps investor-backed companies unlock value by addressing leadership, talent, and operating model gaps that stall growth. With over two decades of experience leading global transformation in Fortune 500 companies, including international and Wall Street experience, and advising VC-backed growth companies, he launched FACTS Advisory. His goal is to partner with sponsors, founders, and CEOs to build scale-ready organizations that convert strategy into execution.
Before founding FACTS Advisory, Martin held senior HR roles at Citi and Bank of New York (BNY), where he led multi-year global transformations across workforce strategy, skills architecture, AI readiness, and operating model re-design.
